What's everyone getting for their family/friends?

I need ideas for my dad. Between construction and mechanic tools, we have about $20,000 worth. Tools are not a go to easy out Christmas gift for him.
I'm getting my mom some funny yet usable and thoughtful gifts, along with something sentimental and more legit.
Brother/sister-in-law/niece are getting a home decor gift card and a bunch of sweetass toys and books that will trump anything my parents are buying. Might get my bro a leveling kit for his truck too. He also get's spared one ass kicking the next time he fucks with my shit.

I was thinking RayBans for dad, but he needs prescription, and shades are the kind of thing you pick yourself. Might end up being some shotgun shells and 556 under the Christmas Tree.

My $500 Xmas:

Dad: clip for his 1911 Gold Cup Trophy, G-scale B&O side hopper train car

Mom: Faux mink throw blanket, a few books

GF: Charm for her Persona bracelet, 18k white gold & diamond nose stud

GF's parents: pot scrapers and a crock stick knife sharpener, because cooking in their kitchen is the bane of my existence without those items.

Sister & Brother-in-Law: Kitchen cabinet knobs, workbench kit (new house being built for them)

Nieces: Clothes and a doctor bag toy set

Me: black leather, burlap and foam to reupholster the chairs for my (new to me) dry bar.
